It was a lovely afternoon so we decided to drive to Wanganui. The girls complained about having to go in the car but were asleep about 5 mins out of Hawera.
We found this huge park with a working train and lots of play equipment.
There were nursary rhyme characters as well.
The girls actually enjoyed themselves!!!

Hi granny knows all about those playground animals as I have been there when I was 19, Fay and I have been there and play on that dinossuar and the whale and lots more. Girls you are so lucky and did you go to that same place where we had lunch when you went to live in Hawera. Love you both, Granny
